How does revenue sharing work?
You earn a percentage of every OurShield Standard and Premium subscription activated by your subscribers. Exact rates depend on your subscriber volume, so contact us for a quote. Payout terms are set in your partner agreement.
How long does setup take?
It depends on how you want to roll OurShield out to subscribers. We agree the DNS setup, branding and provisioning with you during onboarding and give you access to the ISP admin portal.
Do subscribers need to install an app?
DNS-level filtering works without an app on the device once it uses OurShield's resolvers. Per-child features such as screen time, location and AI summaries need the OurShield app, which is available on Android today. The iPhone app is coming soon.
Can we white-label the parent app too?
Custom app branding is possible for Enterprise partners. It needs your own Google Play publisher account, and an Apple Developer account for iPhone once that app is ready. Contact us for details.
What service terms do you offer?
Uptime, support response and the named account manager are agreed in your partner contract. We do not publish a standard uptime figure on this page.
